Pop-up Restaurants

A true link between our producers and the public, our chefs will offer revisits of dishes in gourmet «street food» mode.

Each pop-up restaurant (installed by our partner Electrolux Professional) will offer different versions of unique menus, specially designed by our gourmet chefs.

Each menu will consist of 4 servings, and served in sugar cane containers from our partner Sophissac. This disposable and biodegradable tableware corresponds to the spirit of the organizers, concerned about the protection of our environment.

The great diversity of the Chefs selected will guarantee a true exhibition of flavours.

All products are fresh and seasonal products, provided by our partner, the Le Saint network.

From Barbotan to Paris, via Marseille and Barcelona, this selection of Chefs will offer the public real sensory discoveries through their menus at a single price of €8.
