The Village of Chefs

A real link between our producers and the public, our Chefs will offer revisits of dishes in gastronomic "street food" mode.

Each pop-up restaurant (installed by our partner Electrolux Professional) will offer different versions of unique menus, specially designed by our gourmet chefs.

The great diversity of the Chefs selected will guarantee a real display of flavors.

Each pop-up restaurant will offer you a gastro-street food menu, consisting of a minimum of 4 portions for the single price of 8€!

The cooking demo workshop

Thanks to our partner ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL we will have a workshop where the interventions of our Chefs, but also sommeliers, cheese makers or roasters (among others) will animate our three festive days in front of a passionate audience.

These animations will be filmed, which will allow the greatest number of amateurs to see and review the recipes and interventions of our specialists (Chefs, Cheese, Roaster, etc.)

The Farmers Market

The installation of the Barbotan Spa Farmers Market at our first edition of JPC is the first opportunity to highlight the wide range of local products from the Gers.

This is how dozens of stalls will animate the village for 3 days, to the rhythm of tastings and product presentations.

These are the products that will be cooked by all of our Chefs on Saturday evening for a big dinner Around the products of the Market.

Gourmet dinners

Two gourmet dinners will be proposed during this gourmet weekend.

*On Friday evening, a menu will be proposed by several Chefs to help you discover their world and their vision of gastronomy.

They will cook the products of the Gers, and of the Southwest in a more general way.

The Châteaux Montus and Bouscassé will ensure a food and wine pairing on this dinner.

Numa MULLER (Marseille) and Pierre CHOMET (Paris) will be partners in the kitchens of the Barbotan Casino.

*On Saturday night, you’ll discover a 5-chef dinner! Indeed, all the chefs of our tray will prepare a dish of this gastronomic menu «around the products of the market». This 5-course menu is a guarantee of travel and discovery. The National Interprofessional Office of Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne will serve cocktails discovered around their products.
