Gastronomic demonstration workshop

Thanks to our partner ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL we will have a workshop where not only all of our Chefs, but also sommeliers, cheese makers or roasters (among others) will present in front of a passionate audience during our three festive days.

These presentations will be filmed, which will allow the greatest number of amateurs to see and review the recipes and techniques of our specialists (Chefs, Cheese, Roaster, etc.)
